We read it once。 She wasn’t interested and I thought it was weird。

My little family enjoys the Fred and Ted stories。 Two friends who are both dogs but have their differences, who go on fun adventures together and even go through frustrations that have simple solutions。 The illustrations are cozy and nostalgic。 This is a go-to read。

Perro Grande。。。 Perro Pequeño un cuento de las buenas noches is a great book for little ones。 This book shows how two very different dogs use their distinctions to make their friendship thrive。 This can be a great lesson for kids that are wanting to learn about opposites。 It also very helpful that it is a bilingual book for ELL students or children wanting to learn Spanish!

A fast read for an adult to read to a young child。 A little book to encourage reading with children 。 Fast little storyline。 Cute read。 Good colours of pictures for small children。

Fred and Ted are two very opposite brothers。 When neither can get any sleep at a hotel, a little birdie helps them solve the problem。 Packed full of sight words and opposites。 Great for kindergarten。

I haven't read the original version of this。 It's a good board book--the two dogs solve a size-related problem and each one gets what he needs。 The cartoony illustrations are cute and have a lot of action。 I didn't love it, though, for whatever reason。Didn't remember P。D。 Eastman from my childhood, although I remember his book Go, Dog。 Go!。 So at first, I thought he was a cheap Dr。 Seuss knockoff or something。 Turns out he was an important author and illustrator。 My bad!My baby, Lily, is just ge I haven't read the original version of this。 It's a good board book--the two dogs solve a size-related problem and each one gets what he needs。 The cartoony illustrations are cute and have a lot of action。 I didn't love it, though, for whatever reason。Didn't remember P。D。 Eastman from my childhood, although I remember his book Go, Dog。 Go!。 So at first, I thought he was a cheap Dr。 Seuss knockoff or something。 Turns out he was an important author and illustrator。 My bad!My baby, Lily, is just getting to the age when she can sit through a board book。 It's exciting to see her graduate from soft crinkly books with mostly pictures to books with words。 She still wants to put the board books in her mouth, though, so her library is mainly for consumption rather than collection。 。。。more

This book is more for children to learn to read。。。 I don’t really care for it, and it’s not a book I will read to my child again, but it’s a good book for her to read herself while she’s learning。

This book is super simple, but my kids have all thought it was hilarious。 It was fun to have my youngest read it to me。

Cute book, with a nice message for kids that sometimes it's smart to just keep it simple to solve problems。 Also, everyone has their own needs!Bonus is the the bird that inexplicably stalks the dogs from the beginning of the book until the end, and delivers the moral。 Cute book, with a nice message for kids that sometimes it's smart to just keep it simple to solve problems。 Also, everyone has their own needs!Bonus is the the bird that inexplicably stalks the dogs from the beginning of the book until the end, and delivers the moral。 。。。more

This is the book that taught me to read as a 3 yr old。 I loved it。 Even now it’s one of my favorite books to give as a baby shower gift。

I never read this Eastman book as a child。 It’s a great beginning book about differences and prepositions。 It reminds me a lot of “Inside, Outside, Upside down”。 It goes over simple words that my niblings would call sight words。 It’s fun while reading Tall dog and small dog。 It’s silly, but the artwork is cozy and warms the heart。 The dogs are like the things associated with them。 Little dog Ted likes red and little things and big dog Fred likes green and tall things。 They do go snow skiing and I never read this Eastman book as a child。 It’s a great beginning book about differences and prepositions。 It reminds me a lot of “Inside, Outside, Upside down”。 It goes over simple words that my niblings would call sight words。 It’s fun while reading Tall dog and small dog。 It’s silly, but the artwork is cozy and warms the heart。 The dogs are like the things associated with them。 Little dog Ted likes red and little things and big dog Fred likes green and tall things。 They do go snow skiing and they make you want to go skiing。 They also make sleeping look cozy。 I loved this story。 The nephew picked this book out。 He thought the dogs were rather funny。 A bird also shows up in the end。 The nephew said, it could have been much funnier, but he liked the story。 He gave it 3 stars。 The best line is the birds at the end and it says, “Why make big problems out of little problems?” That sounds pretty smart to me。 Good advice to end a story on。 。。。more
